My Chocolaty Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies
1 1⁄4 cupsunsalted butter
2 cupssugar
2 largeeggs
2 teaspoonsvanilla
2 cupsflour
3⁄4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoonbaking sofa
1⁄2 teaspoonsalt
2 cupschopped dark chocolate candy
Cream together the unsalted butter, sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla.
Blend in the cocoa and add baking soda, salt and mix well.
Add the flour into the creamed mixture and folding in the chocolate chunks! Scoop with a 1/2 of a ice cream scooper and pressing lightly with your fingers, spacing each one.
Bake at 350° for 9 - 12 minutes.
