Ingredients

2 pounds Romano beans (ends trimmed)

28 ounces San Marzano tomatoes (pureed)

3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

1 shallot (small, finely chopped)

olive oil

pepper

salt

When done add pecorino romano (grated) cheese on top
